Weekly in-person training sessions and a nutrition + integrative health plan personalized to you...plus the accountability to follow through on all of it. This is NOT a group fitness classIt's a plan built around your unique needs and goals. This program includes:

  • Weekly In-Person Personalized Small Group Training Sessions - It's a science-backed, progressive overload plan tailored to you. We will train and track your progress.
  • A Personalized Fitness, Nutrition + Integrative Health Plan to Follow Outside of In-Person Sessions. You'll know exactly what to do at home. I will check in both in person and via text to make sure you follow through and complete homework each week between sessions.
  • Coaching, Daily Accountability & Education - Focusing on nutrition, exercise, supplement & lifestyle changes to make at 35+ as well as how to support gut health, hormone health & sustainable fat loss.

Your Commitments: This program is specifically created for women who are serious about making healthy lifestyle changes & getting results. If you reserve a spot, please be ready to commit to the following to the best of your ability most days:

  • Weekly In-Person Small Group Training Session with me
  • Training 3-4x / week outside of our in-person session for 30 minutes (a plan will be provided for you)
  • Quick Food Prep 1-2x per week (I will provide easy options)
  • 7500+ steps daily
  • Taking your supplements daily (optional but highly recommended for results)
  • Tracking food, exercise & lifestyle targets
  • Removing alcohol altogether or reducing to 1-2 drinks per week
  • Prioritizing 7-8 hours of sleep
  • Daily check-in's in client tracker app

This is a 6-Week Introductory Program. You will have the option to move on to a monthly training program after completing this initial program.

Hi! I'm Lauren Rasky! 

I'm a board certified Nutritionist & Health Coach, an Integrative Health Practitioner, a Fitness Trainer of over 20 years and the Founder of LUX METHOD.

I entered into the Functional Health space when experiencing my own gut issues, hormonal imbalances & autoimmune disease.

I KNOW what it feels like to be chronically bloated and puffy, and to feel like you have no control over your body or weight despite "doing all the right things." After spending a lot of time and money seeking solutions, I dove deep into Integrative & Functional Health.

My life (and body composition) completely changed when I committed to simple, specific habits and implemented the proven methods I coach on in this program.

On the left, I was struggling. My thyroid died as a result of autoimmune postpartum thyroiditis, and I ballooned up out of nowhere.

My metabolism and digestion STOPPED, causing a ton of health issues, including weight gain, terrible bloating and stomach pain, cortisol and adrenal issues and more.

In the middle, I made progress with thyroid medication. However, what used to work in my 20's and early 30's, suddenly stopped working. I was still puffy and holding on to fat despite eating less.

The photo on the right is one year later. After making specific changes to my nutrition, macros, supplements, and training, I actually eat MORE and feel healthier and stronger now than ever before.
